These Terms & Conditions apply to all vehicle sales made by Harley Motors Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Vehicle Descriptions
All vehicles are used vehicles unless otherwise stated.
Descriptions, specifications, mileage, images and prices are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
Minor discrepancies may occur and do not form part of a contract.
Customers are encouraged to inspect and test drive vehicles before purchase.
Vehicle Condition
Used vehicles will show signs of fair wear and tear consistent with age and mileage.
Cosmetic imperfections do not constitute faults unless specifically stated in writing prior to purchase.
Mechanical condition is assessed at point of sale and detailed in any inspection or warranty documentation provided.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable (unless stated otherwise).
Prices may change at any time prior to a confirmed sale.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Deposits
Deposits secure a vehicle for a limited period and remove it from sale.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
If the sale does not complete within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to retain the deposit.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Debit card
Credit card (fees may apply)
Finance (subject to approval)
Vehicles will not be released until cleared funds have been received in full.
Finance
Finance is subject to status and affordability checks.
We work with approved third-party finance providers.
Finance agreements are between the customer and the finance provider.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Part Exchange
Part exchange vehicles must be accurately described by the customer.
Any undisclosed faults or outstanding finance may result in a revised valuation or cancellation of the agreement.
Ownership and right to sell must be confirmed.
Warranty
Warranty cover is provided by third-party warranty providers.
Warranty terms, duration and coverage vary depending on the vehicle and provider.
Warranty does not replace your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Extended warranties may be available at additional cost.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Rights Act:
Vehicles must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
You have the right to reject a vehicle within 30 days if it is faulty.
After 30 days, we have the right to repair or replace before a refund is considered.
Distance Sales (Online / Off-Premises)
Where a vehicle is purchased without being viewed in person:
Distance Selling Regulations may apply.
Customers may have a 14-day cooling-off period, unless exemptions apply.
Any return must be agreed in writing and may be subject to reasonable usage deductions.
Vehicle Collection & Delivery
Collection dates must be agreed in advance.
Delivery charges may apply.
Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Delays & Cancellations
We are not liable for delays caused by:
Finance approval
Supplier delays
Events beyond our reasonable control
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle, except where prohibited by law.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us directly so we can resolve it promptly.

The Financial Ombudsman Service (for finance-related complaints)
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
